Writing has always been something that makes me happy. It is a way of communication that allows me to better explain the inter-workings of my oh-so complicated, and most of the time, contradicting mind. Working with hair however, makes me even happier because it allows me to escape the complicated and enter a world of creativity and possibility. The sole purpose of this blog is for me to encompass both passions in hopes of helping others learn more, dream more, and ultimately achieve more, not just in the beauty aspect, but in the finding of our purpose here on earth. So what can you expect from my blog? This is the easiest and most beneficial way for me to educate others on my salon, hair products, exclusive sales, contests, charities, events, and common issues. I want others to get involved on here too. Any questions, topics, theorie, etc. Bring it on, I always love a challenge.
I have just launched the first event of the [beauty boutique] which will be effective the first week of the new year (01.02.2012 - 01.07.2012) . Since the facebook page is closing in on 100 "likes" my hope is that others will share the news of the shop to help me reach that goal. And as a thank you, the first week of the new year ALL SERVICES will be just $10. Here is the reasoning behind such an extremely low price; 1. If I didn't already do my own hair, you better believe I would be taking advantage of this deal! I have been working since I was 15 years old and over half the money I made up until 2008 was spent in hair salons, for those of you who know me well know that this hair changes ever so frequently. This obsession, I guess you could call it, even earned me the "Quick Change Artist" award in my graduating cosmetology class. 2. For most people out there it is always scary to try out a new stylist, this way there is some incentive for you, the client, to come in and give me a try - I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Be on the look out for special giveaways and contests through the blog! So until next time, I encourage you all to keep dreaming and never settle for anything less! I know there are many out there who doubted this, and me, for many reasons Im sure, but what I know that others dont, what kept me going and pushing through it all, is the fact that I know I am dreaming the hardest and with the Lord, anything is possible!
